Thoughts align to who we believe ourselves to be

Emotions are thoughts processed through the body. So if you're ever wondering what thoughts are you identifying yourself with throughout your day, look at how you're feeling. If you're finding your state yourself in a state of sadness or anger or resentment or frustration, understand that these are the thoughts that you're having and they're being processed through your body and they are um creating an emotion, a feeling state within you. So really look at how you're feeling throughout your day uh and take it as a message to yourself. If you're feeling angry, it's because you're having a thought that's not aligned to the truth of who you are. And if you're having thoughts that aren't aligned to the truth of who you are, who you're desiring to be, who you're declaring yourself to be, it's saying, "Hey, this thought needs to flee. This thought needs to no longer be identified with so you can stay aligned to who you're decreeing yourself to be in this moment." Um, they're all messengers. Emotions are messengers to ourself from ourself letting us know if our thoughts are aligned to who we are saying we are in that moment. Um from moment to moment we are always saying who we are by what we're conscious of being. So when you're intentionally manifesting a desired state of consciousness and stepping into it, you're going to have a message to yourself. If you're having a thought that's not aligned to If it's not aligned to it, it's going to cause an emotion within you. That emotion itself is saying, "Hey, change your thought process right now in this exact moment. Change it." Because if we do not change it, we're not living in the end. We're not living in that alignment to who we say we are. Um, and so we are constantly this way then this way. U, we're lukewarm. And if we are lukewarm, what happens? God spits us out. That scripture um is beautiful and it's really describing the going back and forth between states of consciousness and what thoughts we're identifying with. Are we believing? Are we not believing? Um really today, as you go throughout your day on this beautiful Wednesday, walk in alignment to whoever you desire to be in this moment. Speak it and live by it. speak by it.
