Finally, a short, effective, comprehensive routine that actually hits everything. You're going to do this five minute routine every single morning this year. Let me explain why. Okay, this is not just mobility, my friends. This is more than that. So, let me just explain this real quick before we get into everything. This is important. So, what this is doing overarching like the main thing that this is doing is rebalancing your nervous system, right? We're targeting your fascia mostly, right? And by addressing your fascia, we're releasing stored tension and trauma in your body. And people roll their eyes when they hear that. They'll comment, "Oh, this is BS." Blah, blah, blah. But look in research this yourself. I am not BSing. This is not the type of trauma where you're going to be doing these movements and, you know, having flashbacks to you getting spanked by your parents or worse or you know what I mean? It's not this is not that. This is literally you store trauma throughout your life physically in your body. And it's a like we enter this world as a blank slate when we're born, you know, assuming we're born healthy, blah blah blah, you know, and then everything that happens to our lives quote unquote scars us, right? So little things, it could be minor injuries, little events that happened, you fell off your bike that one time or whatever, like these little things that have happened to you all throughout your life up until this age that you are now, all these years, have left their imprint on your body and some things have not been properly released. I guarantee you that is the trauma I'm talking about. So, it's not any woo woo garbage nonsense. This is real stuff. And this practice specifically is kind of a culmination of all these different things I've been doing throughout the years in this over a decade that I've been doing practices like this. Culmination of yoga, chiong, bioenergetics, and even martial arts influence, okay? to really address the fascia, not just stretching or or typical mobility so that we can properly unleash these things that are stored in our fascia in our body that block the communication between our brain and our muscles.
