Heat. Heat . [music] [music] Welcome to the walkthrough video for the Low-End Orchestra . This is a massive collection designed specifically for contemporary composition and scoring . We set out to reimagine the orchestra and create something that combined a modern bass heavy sound with subtlety and spatial movement with a wealth of mic options for atmos and surround mixing . The result is a multi-layered powerhouse and the sound of air Lindhurst added its own extra dimension . There's a lot to [music] [music] The gravity sustains will be familiar by now , but the brass offers some articulations all their own that we haven't discussed yet . For example, the X random fluctuations . It's a combination of a long sustained note by the two tubas and sussophones and some random swells on chimasi and muted bass trombones . The result is a wonderful organic pad sound . [music] [music] Another example, the X-wings open . Nothing to do with spaceships . This is basically a swell starting with the two tubas and sussophones in the center of the ark which is then picked up and amplified by the bass trombones and chimasi at the ends of the ark as the crescendo rises to a peak . This creates a wing-like effect with some nice width . [music] [music] The staggered pyramids follow a similar principle only that the sound moves from the bass trombones on the tips of the ark to the tubas and sousophones in the middle
