BREAKING: SpaceX In Talks To Merge With Tesla, xAI

Hello everyone, welcome to this episode of Stock Team Special. On this episode, we'll be talking about the um news going round that SpaceX is now in talks with Tesla or even XAI to actually merge before SpaceX uh historic IPO later this year. Um you know a few weeks ago before the new year uh we said uh we broke the news that SpaceX is planning an IPO for 2026 and it could actually be that uh SpaceX could launch perhaps if not the most valuable merger uh or IPO uh in history of uh the global financial market. So uh there is uh a few more news coming out uh that SpaceX is now in that discussion with uh you know uh Tesla and XAI to actually merge uh which could actually lead to perhaps the biggest company uh you know uh in terms of uh technology in terms of everything uh in terms of telecommunication uh in terms of robotics and even um electric vehicle. So, Elon Musk already owns um major, you know, he he has majority stake in SpaceX. He has um perhaps the majority stake in XAI and he's not a maj majority owner or stake owner in in Tesla. So, this major, we don't necessarily know how this is going to play. Uh so, according to Bloomberg, uh SpaceX is actually considering this potential major uh with Tesla as an alternative combination. So uh the specific timing of this merger has not been announced. It is still very very unclear. Uh SpaceX is likely to actually go public around uh mid June according to the financial times. Uh SpaceX Tesla and XAI they've not confirmed this information. It is still perhaps maybe speculation as is always said. Uh so uh but look at the possibility the possibility of SpaceX actually merging with Tesla. How would this would this actually play out? How would this actually look look like? Uh so if SpaceX merges with XAI uh it will put the rocket company uh in in in the same house as Grock which they can get so much meta data so much uh AI data uh which is still under some you know scrutiny. So even in the EU we have Grock under you know uh some investigation for some explicit uh images deep fakes and all that. So uh will SpaceX want to taint or maybe affect or even uh kind of blur it, uh it it entrance into the market by merging with Grock? Uh it is yet to be seen. And should Tesla actually even merge with uh Tes, you know, with XAI uh they merge with uh SpaceX as well is not going to be as easy as it is. uh this combination might even be opposed by regulators.
