Tuned BMW X3M v Lambo Aventador SVJ: DRAG RACE

One will win in a drag race between a Lamborghini Aventador SVJ and a BMW X3M. Yeah, you think you know the answer to this, but you don't because this X3M has been tuned and it has 730 horsepower. Anyway, we're going to find out cuz I'm going to race them over the standing quarter mile. I'm Watson and you're watching Car Wow. So, let me tell you about Actually, no, let me not tell you about this BMW first. Let's find out about the Lamborghini from its owner, Tommy. Hey, Tommy. Tell me about your SVJ. One of your favorite cars ever. Uh, yeah, it is my favorite car ever. So, I'm in my Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. It's got a 6.5 L naturally aspirated 60°ree V12. Puts out about 760 horsepower and 720 Nm of torque. It sounds great as well, but the only thing it's hampered by is the fact that it has a single clutch ISR transmission, which makes shifts a lot more interesting than a dual clutch gearbox. Well, I'm in a tune car and it's already doing some weird things like the dials keep going out and it says drivetrain fault and the heated seat has come on even though I haven't turned it on. I put that out. But let me tell you about this. So, it's got a 3 L straight 6 twin turbo. Normally puts out 510 horsepower and 600 new m of torque. But here with a tune on it, it's got more. So, it's had down pipes. It's had a new exhaust. It's had new intake. ECU remap for the engine. ECU remap for the gearbox. Probably that's why we got some problems. an ECU remap for the rear diff, which I'll show you the benefits of in a moment. But first, we're going to get into the drag racing. What it all means is 730 horsepower and 880 Nm of torque.
