TOP 20 Minecraft Mods For 1.21+ | July 2025

Hey there, it's Inverse. Today we'll be looking at some mods working on the latest versions of the game. Some of them are for 1.21.1, but those are the heavy content ones that can't update every 2 days. Now, without any further ado, let's dive into the video. First, we have goat expansion. With this mod, goats will be more meaningful in Minecraft. Their horns are going to be used to craft the rams, a block that breaks things if pushed by a piston. I see many uses for this mechanic. Maybe you could create a redstone drill or something. The goats can also be milked and will drop raw ham upon death, which can be prepared into a nutritious food source. Lastly, blowing horns on an ancient city will summon a warden. I really don't know what kind of maniac would do that willingly, but it's nice to have in nonetheless. This is a very fun mod and will incentivize you to build a goat farm for all the benefits mentioned earlier. Back in June, I showcased a mod that made it possible to armor up the happy cast and even enchant set armor to be more protective and to even boost the speed of the guest. This next mod, however, will take the happy gas a step further, making it possible to shoot fireballs from this mod, turning it into a weapon of mass distraction. Using a warp fungus on a stick, the happy gas will start shooting fireballs at an incredible rate, which is a bit overkill. I recommend for the author to add a cool down or something. Combining the two mods, you will turn this peaceful mob into a highly viable bastard companion. Squishy's Garden is a mod that will enhance nature in Minecraft through decorating the floors with a plethora of new flower types, effectively building upon the spring to life update. Some of these flowers are quite abundant, easily found anywhere. Others are rare and worth keeping. The flowers here don't offer anything new. Just like their vanilla counterparts, you can use them to create dies or place them on a pot for decorations. This isn't necessarily a bad thing. The mod was supposed to be a vanilla plus mod, expanding upon the base game rather than overhauling it with new mechanics and features. So, cheers for Sweetie.
