Shattered Wilds - Playdate gameplay + impressions

As always, full disclosure, they sent me a copy. This is a 2D crafting survival game. If you've played Terraria, you'll know what to expect. And it feels like every time I think I have a grasp of what this little handheld can do, something else surprises me because good god, this is a fullfeatured crafting survival game. It's kind of crazy. So here I am as your main character. And yes, a little framy here in mirror and a little framy on the actual hardware. There is in the options in the settings a bunch of options but at the very bottom there is smoother camera which can cause flashing at least on the actual console. I haven't seen the flashing here on mirror. So let's just hit done and see how it looks here as far as your movement being smoother. It's yeah it's not that bad at least for me here on the TV. We'll see how it is on the capture thing but it looks fine to me. Anyhow, this is one of those. If you don't know, well, let's get into it. So, this is the first of four biomes, right? If I interact here, I I am in Torgard. I have not beaten the boss here yet in Torgard. I have a crafting bench. I have a furnace. I have a fire. I have an ale. I have woodworking. like any of these. If I go over here and click on them in the lower left hand side, I can craft some things. So, a chest, a compost bin, a wood platform, a door, crates, bookshelf, sign, thatch, you get the idea. If I go over to the anvil here, we have pickaxes, ancient staff, lux drill.
