The 20-year-old from Oakland, Alyssa Lou, who won two national championships , bronze medal at the Worlds, went to the Olympics , and that said, "All right, I've had enough. I'm retired." Two and a half years later, is back competing , goes on and wins the world championship . She said, "Skating is my art. Nothing to be nervous about here." And she has been absolute joy to watch .
