not a lot of people speak English in China. she added a lot of chili oil and a lot of heat. oh my God. I need some water! I'm in Chengdu China. what is now the happiest city in China. but it wasn't always the case right now it might be modern and people are happy and chill but in the 1900s they were poor. in the 1930s 40s. when the Japanese were coming in. slaughtering literally everybody. including women and children. so, a lot of people came here for refuge. because it was safe. you know...people were poor back then, and one of the things they had to do is make this dish. check this out. that guy's making noodles. I think and here it is pork intestines because in the past meat was expensive and what was leftover from the rich people was the pork intestines. so they came up with a way to clean them really thoroughly, and cook them. check this out. this is the dish they add them in. super spicy. it's supposed to be. I've never tried it. the noodles are over here. I think it's sweet potato noodles. and then the intestines I got my dish and it looks like it's flaming hot! I don't know. the reputation of the city is like, FLAME ON! you know, everything supposed to be spicy, and I also got this one. I don't know. oh this is the intestines and they're filled with rice I think.
