How much power does a ZD30 CRD Y61 Patrol make?

What's doing? Welcome back. Something a little bit different again. I always say this every time, but a little bit different, but it's sort of the same. Today we have patrol, but it's a ZD30 common wrap. So, I've already done some mods to it, but uh let's have a look at what we get up to with ZD Patrol. So, standard is 82 kW and 300 N basically by Fury. This is just your AF bars and boost. Uh so, our dotted line here at the bottom is our boost line. So, we're sitting on just under 15 lb there. uh bre less for about 12 pound and our AFR in about 20 to one that's taper in 17 and a half to about here up in top of the RPM. So uh let's have a look and see what we can do. Yeah, let's have a look see what we can do. Make it make some more power. What we need is tilix valve. Now if you're not aware of what these are, uh there's a little vacuum needle here. We control how much vacuum it gets to create how quickly the turbo comes on. That's adjustable. So if you have it basically fully closed, make it ramp up really quick. And if it if you haven't tuned the car, you can have to adjust this one as well. and open that up and we'll slow the turbo rate down a little bit uh to try and stop going limp mode, but we're obviously tuning. So, uh we're going And then this one is what we adjust to make our boost. So, uh it does say on here which way to wind it around there so you can see zoom in there properly. Try and zoom in. But yeah, so then you have boost plus and minus there. So, we wind this, don't wind this one, wind this one that direction or that direction so you know what's going on. And then that creates a valve difference in there. And then we can see And we'll see. But then we going through there creates different vacuum which then creates the actuator here to move at a different rate to create how much we're making and how much air. It's basically let go through and max it out. So if you want one of these kits, we can get them in for you. Uh we can do all that sort of stuff. And a bonus of it is you get a well or we get the kit with this in here. So you can put a little spacer in uh and you can run a boost gauge quite easily or you can weld in a bung over there which we have. Uh or you can get this welding bung which you can sit in any pipe really but you sit in this pipe here and then it weld you just got to weld it in. Uh but we like running that one just so it's nice and easy and
