The Immunotec life journey has been the fundamental key for me to what I do today. I am paid with a beautiful incentive for what I would naturally do in a normal or conventional job. So, for me, this is the example of the difference between someone doing network marketing with Immunotec and an average entrepreneur or worker. Well, I have adapted a strategy that has worked for me all this time, which is to first plan what we want to do. I decide how many trips we are going to work for, we plan the strategy, we start executing, and the idea is that it duplicates more and more with the team. Focus, in reality, is the fundamental part of what we do. It is deciding that yes or no, we want to do it, and, well, if we have to skip going somewhere, if we have to focus more hours working, if we have to go meet more people, whatever we have to do to reach that goal that is already planned. The trip is not optional. If you are a leader in training or already have a team, you are the example for that team. There is no option of not winning it.
