Japan has some of the most expensive fruit on the planet, known simply as gift fruit. And in fact, there's over a thousand dollars worth of fruit on this table alone . For this day only, the Japan Studio has been converted into the world's most expensive grocery store . And to help me eat all this fruit and see if it's [music] actually worth the ridiculous price tag , I brought the one, the only COVID VA . I'm the only glutton. You know, there's [laughter] nobody there's nobody who practices gluttony like me, you know . That's very true . I'm excited. This looks great . I know, right ? This is finally a healthy shoot we've done . Arguably, the last one Connor was like, I want us to try all the sandwiches and he like defiled my toilet . [laughter] Okay, this is not true. This is This did not happen . We had to get a new toilet . [laughter] Oh my god . I do worry a little bit about stomach issues eating so much fruit . Oh. Oh. Oh. Wo is me. My thousand fruits can barely fit in my stomach . I've come to appreciate it from living in Japan . Obviously, when you first move here, you're kind of bewildered by it . You're like, "Fruit is a gift. [music] What a weird concept." What's so fascinating is the story behind each and every fruit, right ? Like, why is it so expensive ? Wait, every single one comes with its own little plastic individually wrapped strawberry . Okay, that feels feels a bit of a But smell it. Smell it . You can smell the difference . Put it back.
