[Music] Hello dear learners. Welcome back to the Jishle Learn English podcast. If you are new here, hi. I'm Shayon. As you might have guessed, today's video is a challenge, a listening skill test to see at which level of English you can understand. Here's how it will work. First, turn off YouTube's auto subtitles if they are on. Second, check the description at the top and choose the level you want to listen to. Listen first without subtitles and then listen again with subtitles. The timestamps for each level are clearly given in the description. If you want to challenge yourself, try listening to the other levels too and see if you can understand them. The topic for today is why drinking water is important every day. Let's go. You can do this. [Music] Water is very important for life. Every person needs water every day. Our body cannot live without it. This is why doctors always say, "Drink water every day." When we drink water, we feel good. Water gives us energy. If we do not drink enough, we feel tired or weak. Sometimes we get a headache. This is the body telling us, "I need water." Water helps the body in many ways. It helps when we eat food because it makes digestion easier. It also helps our blood move and carry oxygen. Water keeps the skin soft and fresh. Without water, the skin looks dry. Water also helps the brain. When we drink enough water, we can think better. We can study, work, and focus more easily. Without water, it is hard to concentrate. Even one glass of water can help us feel awake.
