Is it holding something in its feet? A cat? Whoa, it was a cat. That’s insane. Maybe the solution to the cat problem... is just releasing Eurasian Eagle Owls all over the country? lol Eurasian Eagle Owl – Part 3 Man, it’s been a while since I came here. Glad the chicks are still around. (Here comes the star) Wow, right as I got here— the mom showed up and she looks awesome. Hey, I can actually see her today. Usually she’s hiding so well that you don’t get to see her at all, but I guess I got lucky today? Thanks to a crow, she came out into the open. And she doesn't seem that scared of people either, which is nice. Oh—there she goes. She flew this way. She always picks a spot where she can see the chicks from—like she’s on guard duty. She’s seriously like a bodyguard, always watching over them. I didn’t see it myself, but someone told me a cat got close once, and the mom just swooped in and chased it off. Man, I wish I’d seen that. Still, she’s such a badass. Let’s see... Okay, saw the mom. What about the chicks? Whoa... they’ve gotten huge. (Chonky babies growing fast) Even though they’re that big now, they’re still chillin’ in the same spot. I mean, to be fair, that spot does look comfy. Soft, shady, cozy... (Chicks stepping out for a stroll) (They move with way more power now) You can tell they’re older— like they’ve started growing peach fuzz on their beak area and chin. Feels like they’ve hit owl puberty or something. (Probably in their awkward teenage years) wow they’re so pretty. Seriously, gorgeous. Sitting there in the sun all peacefully— they look like they’re just soaking it up. Oof... That was a pretty high climb, huh?
