Hey everyone, it is Bob back with part two of my multibboard upgrade extravaganza and today we are talking about multi- bins. In part one, we upgraded my existing multiboard wall and also added a black multi-board wall. And now here in part two, we're going to add a giant multi- bin wall. So to get started, we just need to descess this wall, cover up the holes, and then we can begin. Unfortunately, I pulled a little too hard taking a roll off the top rack of filament, and it busted. Whoops. I was ready for a change anyway, and a new repreck build is already in the works, so stay tuned for that. Time for the Scottish board to go bye-bye. Now I have a nice blank canvas for my new multi-bin wall. So what's the plan here? Well, we are going to make a wall out of 40 tiles. And they actually have a new name. These are now the multibboard square plates. And the original multibboard tiles that you know and love, they are now called the multibboard octagon plates. So a little bit of a naming shift in 2026. And this build is actually going to be a little bit easier uh than my past build because we are going to flush mount uh these multiboard square plates because I have a bit of a clearance issue because the door opens uh into my wall and so I want to get this as flush to the wall as possible. One problem with flush mounting though is the amount of screws you're going to need. So you can see if I were to put a screw here, here, here, and here, that's four screws per tile. Whereas the multi-board octagon plates, you can basically screw once where they're connected on the edges. So you would only need six to let's say screw in two plates where you'd need eight to screw in two multi- bin plates. When you're doing 40 tiles, that ends up being a lot of holes in your wall One way that could possibly simplify this are these border tile countersink fillers. Now, they come in two pieces and you basically butt them up together and they go at the joint of four tiles and so you can screw in the countersink filler to hold down your wall . But the nubs on these aren't really that thick. So, I don't know that I want to rely on that little bit of plastic to hold these boards to the wall. So, I don't think I'm going to use
