Peace be upon you, and may Allah grant you blessings and mercy. May Allah bless you with good fortune today. I'm happy to share my beloved favorite dish—stuffed cauliflower. Honestly, this is the first time we've managed to make it after a long time. I cleaned the cauliflower, gathered it, dug it up, left it to soak, and then washed it. Then we prepared the filling ingredients: Egyptian rice soaked for 10 minutes, the dish is a mix of onions, parsley, thyme, and garlic. The garlic is the shallot, and the parsley is chopped into cubes. The spices include a mix of cumin, black pepper, and the spices for the dish. Of course, the meat is the beef, which I've marinated to add to the filling. The cabbage leaves are to be placed on top of the cabbage, as per the request of Abu Yazen, who asked for it to be placed only on the cabbage leaves. Join us for the full video. May Allah bless you, and may He reward you with good. I'll now proceed to prepare the filling, the rice. This rice, of course, was soaked before washing and soaking in water for 10 minutes. Then we add the onions, with the blessing of Allah, chopped into cubes.
