There's a kidnapping suspect that we just had over here . But you didn't say that was me, though . The federal agent, an HUD enforcement investigator with a valid PIV card and credentials, rightfully stood his ground against the transit officer's aggressive demands and unfounded accusations under 18 USC section 912, falsely pretending to be a federal officer while acting as such or demanding anything of value as a federal crime . But the man provided verifiable identification and was not impersonating anyone . He repeatedly offered to show his badge and credentials , yet refused to hand them over after being immediately called a liar , protecting himself from potential mishandling or escalation during a tense roadside encounter . By asserting his rights calmly despite provocation , including demands for a supervisor and threats of arrest , he highlighted how Stay on your wrist. I see if you knew anything about the law as you say you do, you would know that you're being detained . How many law do you have ? You would know that you're being detained .
