Odin 3 Review: A New Handheld Frontier

[music] Hey everybody, this is Russ from Metro Retro Gamecore . Today we're going to do a review of the AYn Odin 3 . Now, I've had this thing for a couple weeks now . I did an impressions video when it first arrived , but now that I spent some time with it , I'm ready to do an actual review and talk about the good and bad and whether or not I think it's going to be a good fit for you . This is the most powerful Android-based handheld that we've ever seen . And so in many ways it is groundbreaking . It's opening up a new frontier . And there are some contexts where this thing really shines . The number one thing that it does better than others is playing PC games via Android using apps like GameHub and Game Native . That is a real treat. And . And there are some other aspects of this handheld that I think are awesome . It's got a beautiful screen and a really nice design to it as well . But at the same time, the processor in the Odin 3 is a little bit ahead of the handheld community when it comes to compatibility and custom drivers . There is still a lot to be desired . And so, as we'll discuss , yeah, it's an awesome handheld in terms of performance and design , but it does have some limitations as well . Grab a snack and drink . Let's go ahead and get started. .
