Kinetic Fusillade Ballista Hierophant Leveling Guide & Tips for 3.28 | Path of Exile

Hey guys, Paul here and today I'll walk you through the leveling for the kinetic fuselot heroan league starter that I'll be playing in 3.28. Now leveling a templar unfortunately is pretty cut and dry until round about level 40 whenever we respect into kinetic fuselot. You can do it earlier. I have tried it. It's just not that easy to do and it kind of requires RNG because you really need a fourlink before you start. So that is why in this guide I will be going over rolling magma plus holy flame totem into firestorm plus holy flame totem at level 28 into kinetic fuselaba ballista at level 40 and then you're done. And I know what you're going to say. Oh, not rolling magma again. But there is a good chance that beyond some of the new skills we will find something good. Maybe the buffed storm brand. But it is just not a risk I'm willing to take here on YouTube where I give you guys some absolute dog [ __ ] And um I'll maybe try it out myself on league start. I I'm not too bothered being a little bit behind. Maybe I'll pick it up and maybe I'll make an update video. But that is where we are right now. So here you have it again. Rolling Magma Holy Flame Totem. Uh personally, I like Firestorm at level 28. Some people don't like it until unleash, which is at level 38, but we're already halfway into kinetic fus at that point, so it's not really uh anything I'm really interested in. But holy flameth and firestorm for me feels a lot better at that point because the ignite at that stage is not all that strong anymore from rolling magma in general. And then we're going to kinetic fus ballista. Now this is the same PB that I showed in the build guide. And you can see right here I added some loadouts for act one, act three, and then act four after respec. And I put in the passive tree. I put in new gems. Uh I updated them a little bit. And then I put in a gear set for most of them, kind of showcasing what you want,
