Since Battlefield 6 dropped, I've been on one mission, find the best controller settings , ones that actually [music] work, no matter your skill level . And I'm not going to lie to you, it hasn't been easy . Months of grinding, testing every combination of settings you can think of . But now, over 900 hours in, and with season 4 just dropping, I finally found the perfect settings . If you're new here, I'm Gabe. Top 2% in player kills and objectives captured . So, let's start where most people go wrong. Dead zones . Get this one setting wrong, and nothing else you do matters . Let's get into it. All right, starting off with Denzo . We're going to controller edit settings. We're going to scroll all the way down to the very bottom here . Okay, if you guys are new to my controller settings videos, you might be wondering why we're starting off at dead zones and why we're not just going from top to bottom. There's a reason for that . So, dead zones are probably one of the most important controller settings out of all the all the ones in the entire game . It's it's what's going to make your thumb sticks either feel super responsive or super sluggish here . So, the easiest way to explain this is how much tension you have to put on your stick before your character in game starts to move . So, to demonstrate this, I have this set at three, but I'm going to go all the way up to 99 here . I'm going to go into the firing range or this practice area here . Now, you look at my left thumb stick here and I start to press it . Look how much tension it takes before he starts to move in game . You're moving all . Sorry, I can't speak here. All the way over here . My thumb stick is pretty much all the way over and then my character starts to move in game here . So, you guys might be wondering, okay, well , that's not really too big of a deal , but let me show you guys why it is . So, if we go back down here and I set this back down to where I had it at at three , and then I go back into the range here . Now, look how much tension we have to put on our stick before it starts to move here . Again, left stick
