A Davinci Resolve plug-in that saves you hours of editing time!!!

In today's video, I'm going to show you how you can literally save hours of time on a video edit . Now, we're going to be looking at a plugin called AutoCut , and this is an incredible plugin that every editor must have . This plugin isn't there to replace video editors , but it's there to help you on repetitive, time-consuming tasks . And in this video, I'm going to show you how you can edit a hour podcast with three camera angles in just 2 minutes . Yeah, you heard me, 2 minutes . I'm also going to show you how you can remove silences in your podcast or interviews, and I'm also going to show you how you can add some movement, auto zooms in your footage just to bring some movement in and [music] to make it look a little bit more spicy . So, first of all, let's look at how you can edit the podcast in 2 minutes . So, here I've got my three angles . I've already synced everything, and now it's just the editing part that we need to be doing . So, first of all, let's open up AutoCut . So, you can hit workspace in DaVinci Resolve, go down to scripts, and we're going to be opening up AutoCut . As it's opening up, you can see that there are many other features that you can use , and all of these features are really cool and really simple to use . The first thing that we're going to be doing is auto podcast . So, we can go ahead and click on that . Now, what we want to do is we want to select where which part of our timeline we want to edit . You can either select in or out points, or you can select the entire timeline . So, we're going to be selecting the entire timeline, and then we're going to be clicking on validate sections . Let's start off by adding our speakers . [music] All right, now that we're done with the speakers , we can go down to the camera section. And in the camera section , this . So, this is where we want to select who is on which camera angle so that AutoCut knows who and when and where to cut to . So, let's just select video one . This is Dr. Jacobs. Um add . Um add another camera angle, video two . This is Dr. Pando, and we want to add our third camera angle
