LONDON 10K 2025: POSITIVE Vibes, NEGATIVE Splits

lonely. Think about your sweetest dream . And don't go anywhere because you are going to be signing a 5 4 3 2 1 go . I'll speak through this race in a bit, but first soak up these star vibes . You start on a slight incline . So, I'm trying to control that adrenaline and not get carried away yet . Wow, what a starting tune that was . And just check at these 17,000 fellow runners on the right hand side . I can already tell these central London vibes are going to be incredible today at the moment. This guy right in front of me to the left, his name is Brandon . And we have had some epic jewels in the past . At London Marathon, he beat me by a few seconds . In a recent 5K, I beat him by a few seconds . Who's going to fall on the right side of the seconds today ? Let's see . Some good, healthy competition is what it's all about . Wow. Running back towards these runners on the right hand side just puts it into perspective how many there are doing this 10k today . Running and racing is getting more and more popular by the day. And I freaking love it . So, now that the start line feels settled a little bit , you can see I'm in a monster pack and it's really time to focus and concentrate if I'm going to hit maximum potential today . The lead pack is just in front of me with pedigree runners like Edgard and Alfie Manthorp . So, I know that pack's going to progressively increase and I just need to race smart and run within myself . I've done this race three times in the past and I've come top 10 all three times, but I have been losing about 10 seconds every time I've done it . So, can Oh no, he saw me and he's putting in a devastating kick . Who ever thought the battle for 13th and 14th place would be so epic . [Music]
