While driving Uber to build a life here, Giovanna was allegedly attacked by a teenage passenger. She claims to have been stabbed, strangled, and left for dead. The injuries inflicted leaving her a quadriplegic. But as she lay in her hospital bed fighting for her life, another cruel blow.
