In this video today, we're going to be talking about chronic leukemias, which includes chronic milo leukemia, also known as CML, as well as chronic lymphocyic leukemia, also known as CLL. So go check it out. All right let's get into the pathophys. All right so let's discuss the pathophysiz here. When we talk about chronic leukemias we have to have a basic understanding of hematopoesis. Then we got to go through the different components of that because it's really critical and helps us to delineate the abnormalities or the aberancies uh within the myoid lineage and then the lymphoid lineage which helps us to determine if it's you know in this case CML or CLL. All right. So hematopois which are the cells that are affected in this pathway. It's all blood cells right? So you're going to have this is going to basically you know hematopois is the production of all blood cells right? So this is going to be all your cells. So this is going to be the red blood cells. This will be your uh white blood cells and this will be the platelets. These are the cells that are going to be primarily affected here. And when we talk about the uh white blood cells, obviously this can be broken down into the arranocitic white blood cells which are the lymphosytes, the natural killer cells and then the monocytes as well as the granulitic white blood cells which are your neutrfils, eosenaphils and the basophils. The next component here is where does hematopois take place? So we know it's the production of all blood cells but it takes place in the red bone marrow and this is really important to
