Twin Peaks - What possessed Sarah Palmer?

good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome back for anyone who isn't caught up on all of Twin Peaks there will be spoilers in this video so viewers and listeners be warned it's difficult to believe it's already been more than six weeks since the Twin Peaks two-part finale I haven't gotten around to rewatching it all yet but I did randomly watch part three one evening and I must say that episode was an absolute powerhouse but the one thing that stuck with me the most since it ended was when Sarah Palmer removed their own face before biting off the throat of a rude scumbag sorrow is always a bit of a spooky character even way back when she was being portrayed as nothing more than a grieving mother but Sarah was also always portrayed as being special she sensed trouble the morning sheets soon discover her daughter was murdered she had a scary psychic like vision of Bob and she was chosen to relay a message to major Briggs in season 3 Sarah was spookier than ever and we'd soon learned that she was possessed or inhabited by some dark powerful entity when Sarah reveals her face just before biting the scumbag we see a tainted finger this appears to be the mother Judy or Judy the one who coughed up the bob orb and slaughtered poor Sam and Tracy but then we see wore a smile surrounded by darkness so I for one have never been certain if Sarah was being possessed by Judy or if the tainted doppelganger finger and the dark smile may have indicated that she was being possessed by warez doppelganger I think a strong case could be made both ways but I was initially inclined to believe she's being inhabited much darker and more powerful than Laura's doppelganger or even Bob for that matter
