Bringing a BROKEN V8 Mercedes BACK TO LIFE For Under $3,000

My friend, I have everything that you need . All right, guys. In today's video, we're going to see if we can buy and modify a car completely . 3,000 bucks all in. Not a dime more . And with the goal of me and Noah being able to purchase a 100 cars this year, we got to get buying . So, I got cash and I just spent about 5 hours on Marketplace . Let me show you what I found . Now, I have a few different contenders that I was interested in, but this one really caught my eye . It's a 2000 Mercedes-Benz S500, and it looks kind of destroyed, but they're only asking 1,800 bucks . Now, I don't know about you, these cars usually sell for a lot more money . But, if you read the listing, the alternator apparently went out and it hasn't ran in a little while, so I don't know . We should go take a look at it and see if it's a good buy . Now, I don't think 1,800 bucks asking is a terrible price at all, but you know, we got to get it for less . If we bought it for asking price, that would still allow 1,200 bucks to modify it . But, let's see if we can knock down that price . So, let's head out. Now . Now, we got in the car and if the seller was telling the truth, this car might only be a rebuilt alternator away from having a . When we got there, we really looked at it and the car , aside from some peeling clear coat, was super straight and well taken care of . Now, time for questioning. How long you had it ? From 2000. Oh, okay. Wow . You bought it now. Okay, cool. Yeah . Got a lot of faded paint with the alternator . I don't know. You might have to take one more look at it . Yeah. So, did you take to a shop and they said it was an alternator ? No. I called my guy and he goes, I told him it was making noise and I just I He goes, "Shut it off." He goes, "It's probably your alternator." Oh. And then the battery died . Yeah. And he goes and I He goes, "I wouldn't start it until you just bring it down to me." So Oh, there it is
