now obviously books are really important we need them study we need them to learn they back up all of our lectures but I just thought we've told so many times don't go rushing out to buy a book and I'm in my third year now and I can safely say I think I have bought every single book that was recommended essential or not and I can now I think now I can look back and safely give some advice on what do you need to buy what's helped me obviously this is going to be a personal thing it can only really be what's helped me but I thought let's give us some advice let's see what has helped me over the last two to eight years and what would I do differently now if I was first year thinking about degree and I'm going to just run through them reasonably briefly but just giving you a little bit of insight into how they've helped me so before I kind of go through them I think it's important just to say that actually your lecturers and the university will have probably told you not to rush out and go and buy all the textbooks under the Sun and I will most definitely back them on that however I didn't do that I went out before I even started the degree I think I'd bought probably three books I'd been given and lonesome books by friends of mine that had previously completed their degree so I just wanted to have sort of that that tactile sort of book as it were in my hair's ready to go so I'm not necessarily two of led by example
