Push Up Shoulder Taps

this exercise is called a push up position shoulder tap you're going to start on your hands and knees with your wrists directly underneath your shoulders and then extend your knees so you're coming into a push-up position you're going to hold this position and alternate tapping your shoulder with each hand as you continue alternating your body should stay nice and level your gaze should stay straight down looking at the floor your pelvis will stay level keeping your belly button pulled into your spine and your abdominal muscles engaged continue to alternate tapping shoulders for as many sets and reps as prescribed fire physical therapist
