He's got huge hands . He's got small hands . And you can see what's going on right now . It doesn't really change too much . Even with small hands, he's arm wrestling the same way you would if you had big hands. Has to be better at it . He has to be even better, right ? You have to do everything perfect . Everything must be precise in our mess, right ? Okay. So, if you had a smaller hand than your opponent , what would you do ? How would you approach the match ? Well, there would be angles I would fight for . Primarily depth. I would be very concerned with depth . You know, I'd want to be typically as posted and as far past so I can bring the match . Now, I have a long arm, right ? And and I have a larger hand. And . And usually a short hand comes with a short arm . Yeah . So the first thing I would tell you is into training with the strap. Okay. I would I'll put most of my energy into training with the strap if I want if I wanted to pursue any kind of competitive arm wrestling . Yeah. Um and then from there I would spend a lot of time on an arm wrestling table . Even if I had a small hand small hand, big hand doesn't matter, right ? spend a lot of time on an armrest table . Develop your cup, develop your pronation, develop your rise , stay learn how to get tight, learn how to get really tight, close to your body . Um if you would have to rank them like what is the most important um you know strength cupping ponation if you had to rank if I could if I could say like in my opinion that the fight starts with the hand it starts with the hand and and even if you go beyond that it starts with points of the hand like I think that the second finger is is very the first finger is very important I think the thumb is very important and I think that that's kind of like the tip of the iceberg
