Hello and welcome back. On today's video, we're going to start step I which has to do with identify. You know, it's about identifying the specific things in your mind that are impacting you. And so in this step we will ultimately work to identify the specific emotions and patterns that can be directly linked to your health issue. Now as you'll recall in step G we had talked about in the beginning you know that of course the mind is very specific and we use the example that you know if somebody even is affected by the placebo one person can take a placebo a fake pill and maybe they're told it's going to affect IBS and it does and another person can be told that it's going to impact Parkinson's and it does and so we can see that the mind is very specific or even with emotions we can see that if somebody's embarrassed their face can turn versus panic attack, you know, racing heart, shortness of breath. There is a very different consistent response to the emotion. I mean, sexual thought creates a sexual physical response. So, we can see that different emotions have a very different impact. And so, this step is really key to then identifying what specifically is help is affecting your physical body. And as we go through, we'll also work to identify mind programming that can block you from feeling happy and from feeling healthy, from healing yourself. And so we'll look at that. We'll also learn tools and techniques to begin reducing the negative emotions, negative mind programming. So that's another thing that we'll do. And as soon as we start identifying these negative things, that's ultimately what you'll want to do is you won't want to hang out in them at all. you'll want to instead identify the negative and then quickly identify the replacement and start getting your mind to go there. So like you know for example if there's something that you're doing that has a negative emotion you want to immediately start retraining your brain to start responding in a more positive way. And we'll we'll go there because of course there's depth there's rewiring the mind and you know it's there's a lot of deeper transformation to take place but just point being is that we're going to work with the specifics. And not only that, but you'll learn tools and techniques to help you to be able to check into your own emotions and your own subconscious mind and and create more of that connection.
