The Bitcoin Christmas trap is returning again. And first of all, merry Christmas to everyone out there. But on today's update video, I'm going to go exactly over what historically has happened to Bitcoin during Christmas. And obviously, I'm going to discuss much more information also about what historically happens on January the 1st for the last three years in the market. I'm going to go over the imminent short term. I'm going to discuss the most important charts and so much more on today's update video, including the fact that I've started to zoom out on the monthly time frame. And there's a very big signal right now being confirmed on the monthly MACD, which in my opinion looks quite worrying and maybe it's going to be different this time, but I do want to be going over it. So, don't forget to once again slap on that like button back above 1,000 likes. I know the market is boring. I know not a lot of people are interested, but it would be highly appreciated. So with that have being said, let me jump straight away into today's update video. So first of all, like I said in the intro, merry Christmas to everyone out there. And of course, just like I did last year, during Christmas, I started to analyze what historically happens during Christmas. And if we're going to be looking back at the last three years, so 2024, 2023, and 2022, you can see here on the daily time frame, they all have something in common with each other. And that is basically that there is almost no volatility. But every single time after Christmas, we tend to see a slight little dump here. That is at least what happened in the last 3 years in a row here. And actually what we have seen in every single occasion also if we just look at the weekly time frame, for example, uh 2024, what was clearly happening in the month of December and during Christmas, low volatility and almost no price action. Especially if we're going to be looking to 2023, there was so little price action. Bitcoin was basically hovering between $43,000 and $41,000 for approximately from of December the 4th till about January 29th. So that was also once again very low volatility. But eventually of course the volatility kicked up afterwards again here. And then if we're going to look back at 2022 also we were exactly in the bare market, right? We had a very boring December also where basically December Bitcoin hovered between 70 uh yeah maybe $18, 000 on the spike here but basically between 17.2K and 16.3K. So also very boring price action and very little movement on the market.
