[music] So today, I am 5 minutes outside of stunning stunning Carsoli , which we can't see from here because there's a hill in the way . Uh this hill here. But the market town of Carsoli is just over there . And we have many of the towns I can as we get get up there and get to the property, which is if you just There's a yellow building that This is a small screen, but there's a yellow property there, and there 's is just to the left of that . So literally just up there . The reason why I've stopped here is because this is a fantastic restaurant . Uh La Torretta, it's called. . Have a look at their uh their uh website, Facebook page, and everything else . I'll put links to that absolutely superb restaurant . So the great thing about this rental property is you can just walk to it cuz it 's just a few minutes just up there . And also, it's named La Torretta, which uh which is like a little tower , if you like. And that is what this is . And you can actually walk up to that and get incredible views of the lake Lago di Sant'Angelo . So I said I will explain some of the towns that's nearby . You're a few , close to the coast, close to the mountains . Absolutely superb location . So I wanted to set it off start the video off here . Um because I wanted you to see that restaurant cuz that's a big selling point as well uh to this property . So this is a rental property .
