The Film Look Everyone Wants (Full Color Breakdown) DaVinCi Resolve

Hello everybody . Welcome back to my YouTube channel . It's another day and today I will be doing a look breakdown with this particular footage here . I want to show you how I was able to create this look from a flat image like this to the final piece which is this . So, stay tuned with me. Le . Let's roll the intro . [music] I'll take back everything to a flat profile so we can start from the beginning . So, in the in my node here this is a I actually put this in a group node because I have other clips attached together so I needed to do the core conversion . So, this is just my regular CST Sony Rec. 709 gamma 2.4 . So, if I put this back on you'll notice that our color is back . Our image has a little life . And then here is where I did our Cineon film log and I added a film curve . So, a film look, my bad . So, if I put this on you'd see this is one of the DaVinci's film LUTs that I used here . You could see is a Rec. 709 Kodak 2383 that I used . So, I'm going to go back and we have all these This node here at the last node is just my grains . So, let me put it on. You' . You'd notice that there's now grain in the image . So, I'll just take it off because I don't need that . So, here is just where I did my own personal conversion of how I love working with my image . You notice this two Just just this two changes Just these two um conversion changes my image entirely . You could see this was basically the normal This is how it would have looked normally, but with my conversion
