To slow down a video in DaVinci Resolve, right-click the clip and select change clip speed. Then enter a lower percentage like 50% and click change. Alternatively, use retime controls with control plus alt command plus R. Click the arrow on the clip, select change speed, and choose a percent like 50%. Both methods give you smooth slow motion quickly.
