Brother of Lindsay Clancy hold out juror reveals the family cannot leave the house after being relentlessly harassed by true crime fanatics and reporters . Everybody knew this was going to happen . Breaking report here is from the New York Post describing this juror as a Haitian Catholic and the brother of that juror telling the New York Post the family's life has been turned upside down saying that they're getting hounded by reporters and true crime fanatics . The brother says quote we just had some of them from the New York Post article My family cannot leave the house . They are leaving notes at my mother's house . They won't leave us alone and we don't know anything . y'all this was going to happen . I told you it was going to happen . also says that the family didn't even know that he was serving on the jury . So it was all a surprise to them . Breaking developments in the Lindsay Clancy murder trial . The judge now moving to protect jurors on that case . It's too late . How are there no charges going after any of the media people for putting out information about this juror ? Should be up on jury intimidation charges . Judge Sullivan filed an order late today to impound the jurors identities citing concerns for juror privacy in that filing after as you said the name of that lone holdout juror was exposed on social media against his will . And what they're going to do ? So this is what the news is going to do after this . After the name is spread around social media enough , the news is going to start using the name as well because they're going to force the family into some level of acknowledgement that it's happening . And then other news stations are going to use that as an excuse to go after the person directly and do this even more . That's what's going to happen . I think it can ultimately have a chilling effect on future juries
