I think the number one way to impress people with your editing is just eye candy. [music] And in this video, that's exactly what I'm going to teach you. We will be going over how to create these insanely attractive, [music] premium looking widgets. Make sure you smash that like button and leave a comment on what you want to learn next. We're going to begin by building out this widget. And then from there, it's actually pretty easy. We're going to click effects and drag on a Fusion composition clip. And we can go to the Fusion tab. We're going to drag on our base background just like this. And we can change this to a four corner gradient. and select the bottom one. Select a blue color and then we can darken [music] it just like this. So we can start by building the wavelength thing in the background. So to do that it's pretty simple. We drag in a background, connect it here, change it to a four corner gradient and we can select any four shades of blue that we want. Now I'm going to hit shift space and search for a polygon and then add that in. And I'm going to connect that to the background. Going to right click here and remove polygon line one. And now we can click around and draw out our path. So, I'm going to start here, come down to here, come up to maybe here, and then something like that. Now, if we increase the border width, you can see our line. We can also select these edges here and round them out. I'm just going to increase the border width a little bit more. Now, I'm going to hit shift space and search for the quick bevel. And I'm going to decrease the spread. The more we decrease it, the sharper the bevel will get, but I'm going to keep it pretty soft just for a soft kind of 3D tube look. Now, if you actually want to get this node, it's in the link in my description along with a bunch of bouncy text animations. However, if you don't want to get it, you can just skip this step. I'm going to hit shift space [music] and add in a drop shadow. And I'm going to increase the drop distance.
