So, I saw someone respond to one of my videos saying that this movement, halos, will not build your arms, shoulders, or core. It's strictly mobility work. So, let's run a little thought experiment together, shall we? If you took someone, beginner or advanced, and had them do high volume halos twice a week for 30 days, you're telling me their shoulders wouldn't change, their arms wouldn't look different, their core wouldn't tighten up from stabilizing every single rep? That's not science. That's just a lack of common sense. When you load the shoulder girdle, brace the core, pump blood into the arms, and repeat that for hundreds of reps per week, adaptation is inevitable. And what would happen if someone started with 8 kg, then progressed to 16 kg doing this protocol? Physics doesn't care about your opinions. Remember, it's not just about building muscle either. It's about the holistic benefits of this movement. Building muscle, core, flow, mobility, and all of those things at the same time, which is functional training. That's why we train, not trying to be a bodybuilder. And if you don't believe me, perfect. Try it. Do this twice a week for 30 days. Film every session. They're short. Take a picture before and after the challenge. If nothing changes, you've defied biology. And I'll admit I was wrong. But you and I both know how this ends. Peace.
