**Racial prejudices in relationships: from fear of degeneration to romanticizing**

It seems we live in the 21st century, where nothing surprises anyone anymore about the existence of different races, nationalities, and cultures. Yet, when a white woman marries a Black man or a Muslim marries a Christian, it still sparks shock and comments about "blackmail." Some romanticize foreign relationships, seeking a Korean "oppu," even if they’re not a director from *Samung* drama. Meanwhile, others condemn mixed marriages, fearing their children will lose white privileges and worry about extinction. Where do these fears come from in our tolerant era, and why do people still get upset about others’ relationships? We’ll discuss this in the video.
