What's the feeling of scoring on a shootout goal at the Olympics ? Yeah. Um I can't remember the last time I got a shootout attempt . So, um yeah, that was pretty cool . The IHF rules say that could be someone else . Were you afraid that they would they would pick maybe McDavid instead of you ? I mean, I didn't even know that . So, um if they told me to get off for McDavid, I would have . But, um I think I just went out there because I thought I was the one who had to take it . We're at the end of the preliminary round . What did you like about your team so far ? And where do you feel that you you guys still need to improve going into the quarterfinals ? I think just trying to trying to do all the little things right . Um puck play, managing pucks, and um not giving up enough uh defensively . I think that's the a big focus for us . What do you like about the the chemistry on your line with uh with Tom and and McDavid here ? Yeah, it's it's a lot of fun playing with those two guys , just working off each other , trying to I mean, the more games that go on , the the more comfortable I think we feel together . And um I think we're just making a lot of good plays . First part of the job is done obviously . So what will be uh the point of focus for the next two days ? Uh just rest, recover, um I'm not sure what the schedule is , but um recover um look over some things that that happened in the preliminaries and um work on some things in practice .
