What I managed to glimpse in North Korea

This is Pyongyang, the capital of North Korea, 10:40 PM. I suggest we watch what happens next. Within 20 minutes, most of the lights in the city were turned off. If you look closely, the only bright light remains on the portraits of the country's leaders and on the main element of the Juche idea. In general, even moving in an excursion bus late in the evening, you can notice things on the street. There isn't much light, almost no streetlights. This is because for over 30 years, the DPRK has been living with a power shortage. This is a consequence of isolation, outdated technology, fuel shortages, and sanctions.
