Today we're making something awesome, by special request from the community, it's a minced meat cheese and leek soup. Wow, I haven't made this in ages; it was really trendy a few years ago. I'll show you how to make it quickly and easily. I got this Dutch oven for today, you know why? Because it has both properties: you can brown nicely because you have a large surface area for contact, and later you can add a lot of liquid to cook your soup, so for a stew, braising, whatever you want to do, this thing is perfectly suited for it.
