Hello, my name is Michał Toczyłowski. Today I will tell you about acidification and how it relates to our diseases, to autism, neurological diseases. I will get to what causes what and why shortly, but first I will tell you where it all started. Well, it all began when I was looking for help for my son. And while finding, so to speak, these various solutions, one of those solutions is taking care of the body's pH, meaning ensuring the body is not in a state of acidosis, not acidified. And now we will move on to the presentation, to the information I have gathered and want to share with you. The first thing is that modern disease is always connected with heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, electromagnetic fields, antibiotics, medications that burden organs, meaning liver burden, kidney burden. The next element is highly processed food, full of preservatives, various additives, artificial colors, chemicals, enhancers, stimulants. Stress, the rush of life, lack of physical activity, too little sleep—this is very important—excessive consumerism, meaning, you know, those bins in stores that are overflowing, someone has to consume it later, so that is also very, very important. What is acidification for plants? Most plants, especially edible ones, need soil with a neutral pH between 5.5 and 7.5. In acidified soil below five, there is no possibility of proper growth and nutrient uptake because a lot of active aluminum and manganese appears. The next element is animals. An acidifying diet can lead to acidosis. A normal pH result is between 6 and 6.5. A result below 5.8 indicates developing acidosis, which, if untreated, can result in the animal's death. Milk yield significantly affects the quantity and quality of the milk produced. As for humans, the human body is a system of interdependencies. It has its own defense mechanisms that fail in m
