How to Activate Your Stick's Flex

so let's try to eliminate the wind-up by turning it into a half of a snapshot one two all i've done here is my blade is right beside my puck but now if i shoot it like this with my arms imagine as if i'm shooting it in this direction if my arms are behind the puck and i shoot i can't get the whip on my stick that would be going into a pro hockey life checking out the stick that you want giving it a good kiss and then being like oh i'm gonna flex it and you flex it here as opposed to flexing it here right so when we shoot we have to get our upper body and our arms ahead of the puck flex release so you have to actually take a stride if you shoot your arms and then try striding and you're behind the puck you won't be able to flex your stick now i can engage the flex because i'm over top of it push into your bottom hand and release
